Description:

FC series detectors are made through coupling InGaAs PIN photodiodes of §¶300¦Ìm photo-sensitive area with FC connection using lenses. PIN3-07-13 is of high response within 1.0¡«1.65¦Ìm; Diode structure of PIN3-07-23 has been improved so that spectral response can extend to 0.65¡«1.65¦Ìm; Internal optical attenuator of PIN3-07-14 and PIN3-07-15 is used to measure higher optical power£¬the maximum of detectable optical power can get to 25dBm and 30dBm respectively.

FC series are mostly applied for optical measurement. User can select appropriate units according to needed wavelength and linear range.
